NRHC offers memberships for owners of SFR and BTR homes (Associate Membership) and vendors or service providers in the SFR/BTR industry (Advisory Membership).

Owners and Builders of Single-Family Rental Homes (Associate Memberships) - Please click on the application link based on the number of homes in your portfolio. 
Firm-wide membership. An unlimited number of participants from your firm can join and participate.

 

    Vendors, Service Providers, and Industry Trade Professionals (Advisory Memberships)

     

    • Advisory Premier
      Firm-wide membership. An unlimited number of participants from your firm can join and participate. 

    • Advisory Core
      Membership is for 2 individuals from your firm. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be reassigned at the time of renewal. 

    • Industry Trade
      Membership is intended for a vendor or service provider offering NRHC-recognized skilled trades within a single state and is issued as an individual, non-transferable membership. Service providers operating in multiple states may consider our Advisory Core or Advisory Premium memberships.
